Feeding the Mind Body and Spirit - Get a Healthy Start to The New Year!

“It’s all about making small changes in your day to day life to ensure that the health of your mind, body and spirit are first and and foremost in your daily decisions”

Co-sponsored by the Ministries of Christian Education & Christian Community, this afternoon will feature programming for both Adults and Youth

Adults will have the opportunity to take a FREE NIa class with Andrea, a certified Nia instructor who also offers classes at the Yoga Center and Oak Park Park District. Combining dance, martial arts and mindfulness, Nia tones your body while transforming your mind. More than just a workout, Nia is a holistic fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life - body, mind and soul. And it’s fun and accessible for all skill levels, e.g. no Yoga, Dance or athletic experience required!

There will also be healthy eating and living information provided - plus a light snack.

For our youth ages 3-12 running simultaneously exercise, healthy snack preparation, stories, games and more…..
